the GLAM and UNGLAM photos :D

Apparently Aldrea seems very HAPPY having being told to do zuo dun or whatever it is called. haha.
And haiqing was doing this "qi gong" thingy which coach asked her to do for her wrist thing. and ruimin, nat and kaiying started following LOL.
