If you did not receive this consent form because you didn't attend training today, pls print this consent form. AND remember to hand it in on thursday to CHLOE!:D
Sherilyn Loh the loanshark wants all of you who are attending the camp to pay her the money (amount to be confirmed) on Thursday. So pls bring at least $25 as stated on packing list!:D
